Glantz was a Mark W. Clark visiting professor of History at The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina.[3]
Activity after retirement[edit]
Glantz is known as a military historian of the Soviet role in World War II.[4] Glantz has also, however, met with some criticism for his stylistic choices, such as inventing specific thoughts and feelings of historical figures without reference to documented sources.[5]
